Booking Policy

Deposit

• The deposit paid will be applied towards your total service fees.
• After booking an appointment, you must send a $25 deposit to snbeautyspace@gmail.com to secure your spot. 
• Please send the deposit within 25 minutes; otherwise, the appointment will automatically get CANCELLED. 
• A confirmation message will be sent upon receiving the deposit.
• All deposits made are NON-REFUNDABLE
• Each client can only reschedule ONCE. After this, the client will forfeit their deposit.
• Deposits are NOT  transferable if the client reschedules less than 48 hours before or cancels the appointment at any time.

Spa

All relevant consent forms should be filled out before the appointment.

Late

Appointments are scheduled for the appropriate time required; showing up late takes away from that time. Clients who are over 15 minutes late to appointments may be asked to reschedule (deposit will not be transferable).

Privacy

All personal information collected for online booking is entirely confidential. Your personal information will only be used for booking purposes and not shared with third parties. 

Classes 

Payment for classes will not be expected until you attend your class.
